We received our padrón today. The first real step to getting residency. Found out at the same time that we also need a "historical padrón", this does what it says and shows changes in padrón over time. For us this will look just like a padrón!
For those really interested in such things padrón is an abbreviation for "empadronamiento". No surprise that even the Spanish call it padrón.
