We went to 5 houses today but really only one of interest. It is in small urbanisation of about 150 houses called El Carmoli, it is part of Los Urrutias. The house is about 5 minutes walk from the beach, but up a hill!
When we got there the view from the front was amazing. Had a bit of a toot about and the view from the master bedroom balcony was even more amazing. Went to the roof terrace and the view was even better.
The view lets us look over the Mar Menor and we can see the land across the other side, we can also see the mountains that surround the area these are between 5 and 25 mile away.
There is an open area of land that is in between. One side of the road is owned by the Spanish Air Force and building is forbidden, the other (between the road and the sea) is a protected wildlife sanctuary. There are even a resident flock of flamingoes.
A definite possibility.
