Lynda practising her driving from El Carmoli to Cabo de Palas to do the Sunday morning fruit and veg shopping a the big market. All okay until we got to the end of the motorway about 300 metres from the market when we saw a road block by 5 police cars. They were enforcing the Covid 19 travel restrictions, checking that we were not travelling from outside the Cartagena municipality.
Being law abiding immigrants we were okay, the only panic being finding a document with our home address on it as the car documents and insurance we currently have do not give our address. Luckily had a document with address on it and the policeman spoke a bit of English and was quite friendly.
So other than Lynda's blood pressure going through the roof , all okay.
